This Thursday morning class (11:00am-12:15pm) in May invites you to shake away stress through a blend of Yoga, Tai Chi, Somatic Flow and rhythmic movement, allowing you to deeply connect to your body, breath, and spirit.
To Bring: Slippers, or soft clean indoor shoes, yoga mat, water bottle, scarf or cozy sweater.
Your Teacher: Heidi Marie is local to Naramata for 6 years, and and the Okanagan since she was born. Heidi has been teaching movement and meditations classes for over 20 years and is excited to bring her joy to the Naramata community.
Can I just Drop In? Drop-ins are $25 per class and first come first serve. The space in the church hall is limited in size, so it is best to pre-register for the full series to confirm your spot.
